Caitlin and Ryan’s beautiful lakeside wedding took place in the backyard of Caitlin’s parent’s home on Lake Minnetonka! Caitlin’s mom was a big part of planning this wedding making sure it was the perfect day for the couple. As it was a beautiful August day, they decided to have an outdoor wedding under a dreamy canopy tent. Before the wedding started, the guests had the option to take the trolley or have their cars valeted in.  At the ceremony, the couple’s uncle Eric was their officiant and his speech had the guests both crying and laughing. It didn’t stop there with the couple’s vows showing their goofy side continuing to fuel the giddy energy. As they walked down the aisle as a married couple, a beautiful string quartet played background music. In the front yard guests played yard games as a butler served appetizers cocktails. If the guests wanted, there were pontoon rides around the lake. They hosted the dinner in a clear top tent in the front yard. As they ate, friends and family gave speeches and toasts. After dinner, it was time to party the couple had their first dance in the dinner tent and then moved the party to the backyard where the ceremony tent was flipped to host a bar and couches for guests to visit. As the night ended and the guests and couple danced the night away, a stunning sunset came over the lake to end the night. With storms brewing everyone wrapped up the evening slightly early.
